Molino Spadoni products are mainly produced in Emilia Romagna, a land with a great food tradition and enormous talents that continue to generate innovation and development using their creative spirit. This is where our entire product range is produced.

Coccolia Facility

Mill and flour packaging. The Coccolia facility, located where once an ancient mill stood, is our central facility where the administrative offices and central warehouses are located and where 1,5,25 and 30 kg containers of flour are packaged.

 

Savio di Ravenna Facility

100% Organic mill. This facility is exclusively dedicated to processing organic grain. We are one of the few companies with a mill that grinds only organic grain.

Savio di Ravenna Facility

Packaging in a protected atmosphere. In this facility we package products in bags and in a protective atmosphere such as Almaverde Bio flours or our ready-to-use mixes.

Castiglione di Ravenna Facility

Mixes and preparation. This is the facility where we package our famous mixes such as our bread and pizza mixes.

Mixes and preparation. A second facility for packaging mixes and bags in a protected atmosphere.

Forlì Villa Selva Facility

Our new, over 6000 m2 facility dedicated to gluten-free short and long pasta.

Ravenna Facility

This is where we produce all of our bakery products with an area dedicated solely to glute-free products. All frozen food are preparated here too, such as pizza balls and all bakery products such as breads and focaccia.

Ravenna Natural Grain Storage

Here we store grain naturally and in silobags. Without using any type of thermal or antiparasite treatments, a hermetic atmosphere is created, ensuring perfect grain storage.
