Our Vivifree pasta line is rich in fibre, containing a higher amount than whole-grain pasta, while retaining the colour and taste of traditional light-coloured whole-grain pasta.
Vivifree line pasta is made without emulsifying agents (E471 – mono and diglycerides of fatty acids). Our pasta is made using a bronze-drawing process, and is dried slowly at a low temperature, helping it to conserve all the nutritional values present in the raw ingredients – fundamental for a healthy diet, and better digestibility.
Vivifree pasta is excellent for the preparation of cold dishes.
