In addition to our internal Quality Control, we make use of the investigation methodologies used by certified external laboratories.

  • Production facilities in Coccolia and Castiglione di Ravenna are UNI EN ISO 9001 certified;
  • Certification for organic products, certified by the Italian Organic Products Control Consortium, Consorzio di Controllo dei Prodotti Biologici (CCPB);
  • Our facility in Villa Selva (FC) has been verified by the Italian Association for The Coeliac Disease (AIC, Associazione Italiana Celiachia) regarding the production of licenced recipes for the Spiga Barrata brand (https://www.celiachia.it/dieta-senza-glutine/marchio-spiga-barrata/consulta-i-prodotti-con-la-spiga-barrata/).
  • KOSHER certification for wheat flours and some pasta products (gluten-free pasta: quinoa penne and fusilli, and spaghetti, teff paccheri and penne).
