Brisighella Mature Goat’s Cheese

Our Brisighella Goat’s Cheese is a mature cheese, produced with Italian milk, Cervia natural sea salt and vegetable rennet, which gives it specific sensory qualities: sweet on the palate, but with a slightly bitter aftertaste, similar to artichoke. It is ideal to eat as part of a vegetarian diet.

Origin of the MILK: ITALY. Inedible rind treated with extra-virgin olive oil.
