Flour – type “1” for pastries and cakes + vanilla-flavoured baking powder with real cream of tartar
A type “1” soft wheat flour obtained by grinding wheat cultivated in Italy, created after experimenting with the optimal dose of vanilla-flavoured baking powder, which is made from a basic substance (sodium bicarbonate) and an acid (cream of tartar), guaranteeing an increased rate of rising in baked products. The flour rises as it cooks, and is ideal for the preparation of all sweet baked products, cakes and biscuits.
Soft WHEAT flour – type “1”, leavening agents (2.4%): monopotassium tartrate (cream of tartar) 1.6%, sodium bicarbonate, flavours.
May contain SOYBEANS, MILK, MUSTARD, LUPIN and SESAME.
