“Flowery rind” Sheep’s Milk Caciotta, made with 100% Italian sheep’s milk, is a semi-aged cheese that is processed entirely by hand and has a soft and creamy paste under the rind, sweet in the mouth, with delicate herbaceous hints.

Ideal as a starter, to add to cheese boards, with a good white wine or a young red.
