The best corn, skillfully processed, produces this finely ground yellow flour that makes a full-bodied dough. Perfect to prepare a creamy, smooth, flavourful polenta. It is particularly ideal for polenta, desserts and similar products. Our fioretto corn flour can also be used to make homemade cornbread.
Compared to coarse flour, fine-ground corn flour requires less time to cook and differs in taste.
