Preparation for spelt and buckwheat bread
With our Spelt and Buckwheat Bread Mix, it is easy to prepare bakery products rich in fibre, both using the traditional hand-kneading method and using a mixer. You will achieve well-risen rustic rolls and focaccia, also when using innovative bread-making machines to prepare the bread in boxes. Contains 2 sachets of active dried yeast.
“Whole-grain” soft WHEAT flour (43.84%), SPELT flour (20%), durum WHEAT semolina, whole-grain buckwheat flour (5%), flax seeds (5%), type “0” soft WHEAT flour dried sourdough, soft WHEATGERM (2%), cane sugar, iodised salt, dextrose, BARLEY malt, soft WHEAT malt flour, enzymes, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
The packet contains 2 sachets of dried active yeast inside, packaged in a protective atmosphere (known as brewer’s yeast): dehydrated yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).
May contain SOYBEANS, MILK, MUSTARD, SESAME and LUPIN.
