Vegetable Sauce With Tofu And Edamame
The Molino Spadoni vegetable sauce with tofu and edamame is prepared by adding two important ingredients to tomato pulp and vegetables: edamame – soy green beans – and tofu, known as soy “cheese”.
Both ingredients are a source of precious vegetable proteins, making this product an excellent condiment, even for those who want to follow a healthy and balanced diet without sacrificing taste.
This sauce is ideal for dressing pasta with special shapes that can hold the sauce in the best possible way, as well as for filling tasty lasagna and to be served on crispy croutons as an appetizer.
Ideal for two portions.
Microwave oven: we recommend making a few holes in the film and microwave for 2 minutes on medium power.
Frying pan: we recommend pouring the sauce into a pan for 3 minutes over medium heat, and add 3 tablespoons of water.
