3 Pizza Bases
A family-sized product, composed of 3 peel pizza bases, pre-cooked and frozen. The dough is produced with biga (pre-fermented dough) and sourdough starter with long rising times, and stretched by hand. A product with a crispy crust and a soft, airy core, ideal to use both as a pizza base with any kind of toppings, and as a focaccia, adding extra-virgin olive oil and coarse salt.
Defrost the product at room temperature and add toppings as desired. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake for 7/8 minutes.
Soft WHEAT flour – type “0”, water, sourdough starter (soft WHEAT flour, water), extra-virgin olive oil, salt, fresh yeast, malted grain flour (BARLEY, WHEAT).
May contain MILK, SOYBEANS, SESAME, MUSTARD, LUPIN.
