Our 7-Grain Black Panotti, belonging to the new line of bread substitutes, the Panotti Line, came out of the success and high quality of our Black Bread Mix, skillfully created to make good, tasty bread that is distinguished by its dark brown colour, its flavour and its light texture. Crunchy, crumbly, light Panotti, ideal for cocktail hour, or as a simple snack, made with type “1” soft wheat and 7-grain flour, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and wheatgerm.
