Mix ideal for making gluten-free bread, pizza and focaccia. Suitable for use with a bread-making machine. Produced using dried sourdough.
Corn starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour, rice starch, lupin bean protein, MILK protein; thickening agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, xanthan gum; salt, dried rice sourdough (sourdough starter) 1.5%.
May contain SOYBEANS, LUPIN.
