Brisighella Creamy Ricotta
Creamy ricotta made with fresh Italian cow’s milk from Emilia Romagna, which is characterised by the addition of the milk, making it even more creamy and delicate. It is produced from the whey left from the processing of the cheese, using the traditional “affioramento” rising process. The ricotta that rises through this process is collected with a special skimming spoon. Its fluffy, non-homogenised texture makes this a soft, delicate cheese.
Ideal consumed alone, or in sweet or savoury recipes.
