Cacio del Borgo di Brisighella with malt and bran
After a short ageing process, Cacio del Borgo di Brisighella with malt and bran, produced with 100% Romagna cow’s milk, is refined with the same malt used for the production of our Birrificio del Molino® beers, and bran recovered from processing at our Mill.
Two basic ingredients that, when combined, give the cheese unique flavours and aromas. This dairy gem with a grainy and soft white texture, is suitable to be enjoyed alone, in its natural goodness, in combination with honey or compotes, or can be used as an ingredient in tasty culinary preparations.
Origin of the MILK: Italy
Pasteurised MILK, selected lactic cultures, rennet, natural Cervia sea salt, refined with bran and barley malt (contains gluten) in crust. Inedible rind.
