Chickpea flour

This Gluten-free Chickpea Flour is obtained by grinding top-quality dried chickpeas, and packaged in sealed packets for long-life storage. Chickpeas are among the most balanced legumes in terms of nutritional content (they were a survival food for centuries): rich in starch, fibre and mineral salts. Like all legumes, they can replace meat if combined with grains, creating a healthy single dish, for a meal to be completed with vegetables and fruit.
