Our organic Cortigiani are breadsticks prepared with stone-ground flour and Italian extra-virgin olive oil, and leavened with sourdough.

Ingredients:
Soft WHEAT flour – type “0”*, stone-ground soft WHEAT flour – type “0”* 10%, fresh SOURDOUGH starter* 12%, (soft WHEAT flour*, water), extra-virgin olive oil* 8%, SESAME seeds*, salt, fresh yeast, BARLEY malt flour*, soft wheat GLUTEN*.
