Our range of Regional Flours – type 1 is made from grains selected from different regions of Italy. A project that aims to promote the excellence and diversity of our territory.

This is an idea of territory that goes beyond simply 100% Italian grains, and focuses on the use of grains 100% from a specific region of Italy, following a process of maximum transparency and complete traceability, from the field to the table.
