Gluten-free Bread Crostini with Quinoa

Gluten-free Crostini with Quinoa, not fried, made with extra-virgin olive oil. Good and light, to be used in soups and as a snack.
Quinoa, an ancestral grain originating from South America, was known by the Incas as “the mother of all seeds”. It is a herbaceous plant from the Chenopodiaceae family, and is considered a pseudo-cereal rather than a true cereal, as it does not belong to the Gramineae family, even though it has the same nutritional uses.

Ingredients:
Corn starch, quinoa flour 9%, yeast, extra-virgin olive oil 3%, corn flour, dried rice sourdough 2% (rice flour, water), vegetable fibre, dextrose, salt, rice syrup, thickening agent: E464 (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), natural olive extract.
May contain MILK, LUPIN, MUSTARD, SOYBEANS and SESAME.
