Gluten-free Bread Rolls with Extra-virgin Olive Oil
Our Gluten-free Bread Rolls with Extra virgin Olive Oil, from the Molino Spadoni AlimentazionE DedicatA® line, are ideal both to fill as desired and as an accompaniment to meals. Two bread rolls, each weighing 70 g, crispy and flavourful, are pre-cooked and frozen to keep their fragrance intact, as if they were freshly baked. Before eating, finish cooking in the oven at 180°C for 4-6 minutes.
Ingredients: Water, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, (3.9%), brewer’s yeast, dextrose monohydrate, sea salt, vegetable fibre, thickening agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464), vegetable fibre (citrus fruit, pea, potato, plantago, seaweed), psyllium fibre, thickener: guar gum (E412).
May contain MILK, LUPIN, MUSTARD, SULPHITES, SOYBEANS and SESAME.
