Gluten-free bread rolls with Quinoa
Fragrant and flavourful gluten-free rolls with quinoa. Pre-cooked and frozen, these are flavoured with extra-virgin olive oil. Quinoa, natively cultivated in South America, was called “the mother of all seeds” by the ancient Incas. It is a herbaceous plant in the Chenopodiaceae family and is considered to be a pseudocereal, not a true cereal, since it is not a grain even though it has the same food uses.
Water, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, quinoa flour (6%), extra-virgin olive oil (3.5%), dextrose, brewer’s yeast, salt, vegetable fibre, thickening agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464).
May contain MILK, LUPIN, SESAME, MUSTARD and SOYBEANS.
