Gluten-free breadsticks with Quinoa
Light breadsticks without palm oil and with extra virgin olive oil. Perfect as a bread substitute or as a snack. Quinoa, an ancestral grain originating from South America, was known by the Incas as “the mother of all seeds”. It is a herbaceous plant from the Chenopodiaceae family, and is considered a pseudo-cereal rather than a true cereal, as it does not belong to the Gramineae family, even though it has the same nutritional uses.
Corn starch, quinoa flour 9%, fresh yeast, extra-virgin olive oil 3%, corn flour, dried rice sourdough 2% (rice flour, water), vegetable fibre (from potato, plantago, citron, pea, microalgae), dextrose, salt, rice syrup, thickening agent: E464 (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), natural olive extract.
May contain SOYBEANS, MILK, LUPIN and SESAME.
