Gluten and lactose free Margherita Pizza with Quinoa, with extra-virgin olive oil (3%). Pre-cooked and frozen, made with 100% Italian ingredients: tomato, 100% extra-virgin olive oil and lactose-free Fior di Latte mozzarella from our own production.
Tomato sauce 22.5% (tomato puree (tomato, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), salt, oregano), water, lactose-free mozzarella 20% (fresh pasteurised lactose-free milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures) lactose <0.1g/100g, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, quinoa flour 5.5%, fresh yeast, dextrose, extra-virgin olive oil 3%, vegetable fibre, salt, thickening agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
