Gluten-free shortbread biscuits with Quinoa

Crumbly gluten-free biscuits, made with quinoa flour, without palm oil. To be eaten at breakfast or during the day. Quinoa, natively cultivated in South America, was called “the mother of all seeds” by the ancient Incas. It is a herbaceous plant in the Chenopodiaceae family and is considered to be a pseudocereal, not a true cereal, since it is not a grain even though it has the same food uses.
