Our corn-yellow coarse grain Gran Mugnaio Bramata Flour is perfect for making traditional Italian polenta, rough textured and full of flavour. Its grainy composition makes the polenta uniform, flavourful, and full-bodied.

This flour was created to obtain the best results in producing homemade bread rolls and home-style bread, pizza, and focaccia in which the dough must rise for 4-8 hours, various biscuits and cakes, Romagna piadina, and any other product not requiring long rising times.
