Improved flour for frying®
With a rice flour base, our Improved Flour for Frying is perfect for anything fried. It adheres well to food during frying for dry, light, and crispy fried food. This mix has been created to help the flour stick to the product to be coated, forming a smooth, light covering that can be fried both in a frying pan and in a deep-fryer. Use instead of normal flour or breadcrumbs – it works with all types of fried food, whether fish, vegetables or meat, making it better quality, crispy, golden, not greasy, and giving it a unique, distinctive flavour.
Soft WHEAT flour – type “00”, rice flour (30%), leavening agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate; powdered MILK, salt.
