Kamut® Khorasan wheat flour
Kamut® khorasan wheat, a grain of the Triticum species well-known since antiquity and a relative of modern durum wheat, is characterised by its intense flavour and the perfumes it releases. Molino Spadoni Kamut® Flour is a product made by grinding and sifting the Kamut® khorasan wheat, separating it from extraneous substances and impurities. Kamut® khorasan wheat flour is of particular technological interest due to its protein content, similar or superior to that of durum wheat, and gives excellent results in the production of pasta and bakery products such as bread, pizza, and cakes and pastries.
