“Raw Milk” Pecorino Semi-Aged Cheese

Our Brisighella raw milk Pecorino semi-aged cheese with raw milk is made with Italian milk. It is processed completely by hand, and is a soft cheese with a sweet, persistent taste, despite having been aged for around 40 days.
Ideal as a starter, to add to cheese boards, with a good white wine or a young red.

Origin of the MILK: ITALY. Inedible rind treated with double concentrated tomato paste.

Raw fresh sheep’s MILK, rennet, selected lactic cultures, Cervia natural sea salt.
