Mix to prepare bread with durum wheat semolina
This mix is specially created to easily and quickly make crisp, golden bread.
Created from stone-ground flour – type “1”, it only requires the addition of fresh yeast, extra-virgin olive oil and water to make bread with a distinctive flavour.
Remilled durum WHEAT semolina and durum WHEAT Semolina (90%), stone-ground type “1” soft WHEAT flour (8%), iodized salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, enzymes.
May contain SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, LUPIN, SESAME and MILK.
Packaged in protective atmosphere.
