Mix to prepare focaccia flatbread
A balanced mix created specifically to quickly and easily create a flavourful focaccia to be filled with sliced meats or flavoured with rosemary and salt.
Created with stone-ground type 1 flour, it only requires the addition of fresh yeast and extra-virgin olive oil.
Stone-ground soft WHEAT flour type “1” (50.8%), remilled durum WHEAT semolina, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifying agent: E471, stabilizing agent: E450i, preservative: Sodium METABISULPHITE E223, spices, antioxidant: E304, acidifying agent: E330); iodized salt, powdered skimmed MILK, BARLEY malt and soft WHEAT malt flour, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, enzymes.
May contain SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, SESAME, LUPIN.
Packaged in protective atmosphere.
