Mix to prepare Romagna piadina
Our Romagna-style Piadina Mix is made from stone-ground type 1 flour, specifically created to easily and quickly make real Romagna-style piadina, to be filled as desired. It only requires the addition of 100 grams of lard or 75 grams of extra-virgin olive oil, and 225 ml of water.
Stone-ground soft WHEAT flour – type “1” (96%), salt, leavening agents: acid sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate.
May contain SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, LUPIN, SESAME and MILK.
Packaged in protective atmosphere.
