Mix to prepare sponge cakes
A balanced mix created specifically to easily and quickly make soft sponge cake to use in cakes or rolls to be filled as desired.
Sugar, stone-ground soft WHEAT flour – type “1” (33.5%), WHEAT starch, rice starch, leavening agents: acid sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate; emulsifying agents: polyglycol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, flavours.
May contain NUTS, SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, LUPIN, SESAME and MILK.
Packaged in protective atmosphere.
