“Ovenable” Gluten-free Margherita Pizza
Our gluten-free Margherita Pizza, packaged in heat-resistant “ovenable” food wrap, from the Molino Spadoni Gluten-free Line, can be cooked directly in its special oven-proof bag with anti-contamination barrier. This pizza, pre-cooked and frozen, is topped with lactose-free mozzarella made with 100% Italian milk, from our own production, and 100% Italian tomato sauce.
NO CONTAMINATION and NO NEED TO CLEAN THE OVEN.
Tomato sauce (tomato puree 22%, water, salt, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar), water, lactose-free mozzarella 20% (fresh pasteurised lactose-free MILK*, salt, rennet, lactic cultures), rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, extra-virgin olive oil, dextrose, fresh yeast, salt, thickening agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, psyllium fibre, guar gum, vegetable fibre (from citrus, peas, plantago, seaweed).
May contain LUPIN, MUSTARD, SULPHITES, SOYBEANS and SESAME.
*Contains glucose and galactose as a consequence of lactose being broken down. Lactose <0,1 g / 100 g.
