Our organic Panotti Crocchi are breadsticks prepared with stone-ground flour and Italian extra-virgin olive oil, and leavened with sourdough.

Soft WHEAT flour – type “0”*, fresh sourdough starter* 12% (soft WHEAT flour*, water), stone-ground soft WHEAT flour – type “0”* 10%, extra-virgin olive oil* 8%, salt, fresh yeast, BARLEY malt flour*, soft wheat GLUTEN*.
