From our Almaverde Bio flour line comes our Organic Peel Focaccia, pre-cooked and frozen, made with 100% Italian organic flour, stone-ground flour and extra-virgin olive oil. The dough is made with biga (pre-fermented dough) and sourdough starter, and left to rise for 24 hours. Stretched by hand, this product is ideal both as a focaccia, with the addition of extra-virgin olive oil and coarse salt, and as a pizza base to top as desired.
Defrost the product at room temperature (+22/25°C for around 10 min.) and season with coarse salt, oil and salt, or as desired. In a FAN OVEN: preheat the oven to 220°C and bake for 6/7 min. In a STATIC OVEN: preheat the oven to 280°C and bake for 6/7 min. However, we advise checking the amount of cooking desired, depending on the type of oven used.
