Piadina With Mora Romagnola Lard

The Piadina Officine Gastronomiche Spadoni is made with 100% Emilia-Romagna type “1” soft wheat flour and Mora Romagnola lard, which gives a unique and authentic flavor to the product.

The Mora Romagnola is a unique, ancient native breed of pig, the focus of a recovery project which has saved it from extinction. The Mora Romagnola feeds mainly on grains and acorns from our cultivations, and spends its time in the open air, moving freely in over 90 hectares of woods and hills on our farm in the hills of Brisighella.

Soft Emilia-Romagna WHEAT flour type “1” (62%), Water, Mora Romagnola lard (4%), Corn oil, Leavening agents (disodium diphosphate E450 (i), acid sodium pyrophosphate E500 (ii), starch), powdered skimmed MILK, Salt, Honey, Brewer’s yeast.
