Our sourdough powder can be used in addition to fresh yeast in the preparation of wheat-based baked products, such as bread and pizza, panettone and other bakery products with long rising times. The natural fermentation and subsequent drying of this type of sourdough makes the dough softer and easier to work, and creates a product with an intense, pleasant aroma.
