SuperproteiN Bread and Pizza Mix

A mix for making protein-rich Bread and Pizza easily at home: this mix is characterised by its high vegetable-based protein content (30 g per 100 g of mix), is a source of fibre, and is made from stone-ground Type “1” Soft Wheat Flour.

An ideal product for making bread and pizza suitable for athletes and sportspeople, but also for all those who want to take care of their physical wellbeing by paying attention to their nutrition, in search of high-quality vegetable protein (wheat, chickpea and soy), without sacrificing taste.

Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour type “1” (33%), WHEAT gluten, SPELT WHEAT flour, soft WHEAT flour type “0”, chickpea bran, WHEAT bran, WHEAT germ, SOY flour, BARLEY malt and soft WHEAT malt flour, SOY protein, cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes.

May contain MILK, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS AND LUPIN.
