Turmeric bread mix
This mix is ideal for the preparation of bakery products such as bread, pizza and rustic focaccia. The sensory qualities of turmeric are particularly enhanced in this mix, which, with the addition of sunflower seeds and flax seeds, will give products an exquisite flavour.
Contains 2 sachets of active dried yeast.
Soft WHEAT flour – type “1”, SPELT flour (5%), flax seeds (5%), sunflower seeds (5%), soft WHEAT flour – type “0” dried sourdough, OAT bran (2%), WHEAT gluten, iodised salt, turmeric powder (0.8%), cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes.
The packet contains 2 sachets of active dried yeast inside, packed in a protective atmosphere (known as brewer’s yeast): dried yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).
May contain SOYBEANS, MILK, MUSTARD, SESAME and LUPIN.
