White bread mix with flour of type “1”
Our white bread mix has a base of type 1 flour, ideal for making authentic, soft, light homemade bread with simple ingredients. Ideal for hand-kneading or for a bread-making machine. Contains 2 sachets of active dried yeast.
Soft WHEAT flour – type “1” (95%), dried WHEAT sourdough 3% (soft WHEAT flour, starter culture), salt, BARLEY malt, soft WHEAT malt flour, enzymes, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
The packet contains 2 sachets of active dried yeast inside, packaged in a protective atmosphere (known as brewer’s yeast): dehydrated yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).
May contain SOYBEANS, MILK, MUSTARD, SESAME and LUPIN.
