Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes at 170°C


  • 250 g of Farina Che Lievita – self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 1 carton of fresh single cream (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of rum, or if desired, vanilla flavouring.


Put the eggs in a mixing bowl and whip them with the sugar until they are soft and fluffy. Add the cream, mixing well, and then, little by little, the flour. Flavour with rum or vanilla flavouring. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan (25 cm in diameter), and pour in the mixture. Bake immediately at 170°C for around 40 minutes.
