INGREDIENTS for 5 servings:

  • 350 g of Premium Pasta Mix
  • 150 g of water
  • a pinch of salt

For the sauce:

  • 400 g of boiled cannellini beans (or 2 cans)
  • 200 g of pancetta
  • garlic
  • chilli
  • pecorino cheese.


Knead the flour with the water, possibly using a food processor, until you have a smooth dough. Leave to rest for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough (2 mm) and cut the tagliolini to a width of around 3 mm. Brown the diced pancetta, garlic and chilli in olive oil, and add the beans, salt and pepper. Drain the tagliolini after cooking al dente, and pour them into the sauce, adding grated pecorino cheese.
