- 250 g of Molino Spadoni Farina che Lievita Self-rising flour mix
- 25 g butter
- A pinch of fine salt
- milk as needed to make the dough
- Oil for frying
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Pour 250 g of “Pizza Gran Sapore” Mix into a bowl, and add 150 g of cold water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix with a spoon for 2/3 minutes. Pour the dough, which should be soft and sticky, onto a plate where you have already sprinkled two spoons of mix. Turn over the dough like a cutlet, onto both sides, until it stops sticking to your fingers. Stretch the dough very thin, with well-floured hands, onto two greased pizza trays with a diameter of around 30cm, or onto a baking tray. Add toppings as desired (tomato, oregano, oil etc.) and bake for around 20 minutes, adding the mozzarella halfway through the cooking time so that it doesn’t dry out.
