Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20/25 minutes at 220°C


  • 250 g of “Pizza Gran Sapore” Mix
  • 150 g of cold water
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil


Pour 250 g of mix into a bowl, and add 150 g of cold water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Proceed in the same way as preparing the pizza. Stretch the dough, not too thinly, onto a single, well-greased baking tray, pierce the surface with a fork, and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary. If desired, add onion, olives etc. Bake at 220°C for around 20/25 minutes.
