- 400 g of Gran Mugnaio Organic Soft Wheat Flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 1 sachet of Molino Spadoni Old-Fashioned Baking Powder
- grated lemon zest
- half a cup of milk
- baking parchment.
Mix the ingredients well. After lining a baking tray with baking parchment, form two loaves of dough on it, around 3 centimetres high. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for around half an hour, and leave to cook until the top is golden brown (around 20/30 minutes). Take out of the oven and let cool completely before removing from the tray.
