• 250 g Farina Che Lievita – self-rising flour
  • 80g prosciutto crudo
  • 50 g shelled and peeled pistachios
  • 50 g grated Grana Padano
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 70 g butter
  • salt


Cut the prosciutto into strips. Work the softened butter together with the eggs. Add the flour, milk, and grana, a little at a time, and mix well. Add the pistachios, the prosciutto and a pinch of salt. Pour into a rectangular tin with baking parchment lining the bottom, and fill up to 3/4. Bake immediately at 180°C for around 40 minutes.
