Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: Around 25-35 minutes at 180°C


  • Mix to prepare tarts
  • 3 medium eggs (around 55 g x 3)
  • 75 g butter
  • 100 ml sunflower oil

For best results, we advise making sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature.


Break the egg into a bowl, add the butter in small pieces, and slowly pour in the Tart Mix. Mix quickly for 3-4 minutes until the dough is soft and homogeneous. Form it into a ball; flatten and wrap it with a transparent film and refrigerate for 60 minutes at least (or place dough in the freezer for a few minutes until it stiffens). Now roll out the pastry with a rolling pin until it is 1cm thick, place it into a round springform cake tin (preferably 20/24cm in diameter), lightly greased and floured. Spread with jam and bake at 180°C for about 25-35 minutes. Once the tart is cooked, you can add as much fresh fruit as you like (either combining it with jam or as an alternative to it).
