Emilia Romagna flour – type “1”
Our range of Regional Flours – type 1 is made from grains selected from different regions of Italy. A project that aims to promote the excellence and diversity of our territory. This is an idea of territory that goes beyond simply 100% Italian grains, and focuses on the use of grains 100% from a specific region of Italy, following a process of maximum transparency and complete traceability, from the field to the table.
The grain selected for grinding for this flour was supplied by Cantina Forlì Predappio Società Agricola Cooperativa, Stabilimento La Bidentina di Meldola (FC).
