“Pizza Coi Fiocchi” Mix
A mix based on “00” type soft wheat enriched with potato flakes and milk, ideal for a thick, soft, and fragrant pizza. Our Pizza Mix with potato flakes is ideal for the preparation of baked pizza and focaccia. The addition of potato flakes and flour reduces the speed at which the dough goes stale. The finished products obtained are always fresh and can be preserved for a longer time.
Soft WHEAT flour – type “00”, potato flour and flakes 7% (potatoes, emulsifying agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilising agent: sodium acid pyrophosphate, antioxidant: SODIUM BISULFITE, spices, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, powdered skimmed MILK, BARLEY malt and soft WHEAT malt flour, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes.
May contain SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, SESAME and LUPIN.
