Preparation: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes at 180°C


  • 200 g of Spadoni Whole-grain Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g of corn oil
  • a little milk
  • 1 lemon
  • a pinch of salt


Quickly mix the flour with the sugar, egg, salt, grated lemon zest, oil and baking powder. Make a ball and leave it to rest for half an hour in the fridge. On the floured work surface, form the dough into sticks and curl them into little rings. Line the baking tray with baking parchment, place the biscuits on it, brush them with milk and sprinkle with cane sugar. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
